At Cool Custom Stickers, every order is made specially for you. Because all of our stickers are custom-made and produced on demand, we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please take a moment to read the details below.

Custom Items — No Returns

All stickers are printed based on the exact design, size, and options you choose. Since each item is created just for you, we’re unable to take it back or resell it. For this reason, we cannot offer:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds

Please be sure to double-check your design, spelling, and details before placing your order.

If Something Arrives Damaged

If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or has an issue on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem.
We’ll review it and send a replacement at no cost if the issue is confirmed.

Wrong Item Received

If we accidentally send the wrong item, let us know and we’ll fix it right away.
