Thank you for supporting Cool Custom Stickers! Every order is made just for you. Below is how our shipping process works.

Processing Time

Because all stickers are custom-made, please allow 2–5 business days for us to print and prepare your order before it ships.
(This does not include weekends or holidays.)

If we’re experiencing higher order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping time usually takes:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: Varies by country

These are estimates only. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (if available for your location).
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If the address is entered incorrectly and the order ships, we unfortunately cannot reship or refund the order.

If you contact us before the order ships, we can update the address for you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands.
We’re not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost packages

If something goes wrong, let us know — we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damage

We’ll review it and send a replacement if needed.
